在中壢同排街算是較新的旅社，這次是住雙人套房（1005房），房間非常小，不像照片拍起來寬敞。床單完全無法包住床墊，一躺上去就皺巴巴，整晚一直要重新拉好，沒法好好睡，不然會覺得顛顛的。洗臉盆很小，尺寸只比A4影印紙大一點，洗手、洗臉很容易就把周圍弄得一攤水。沒有吊衣櫃、牆上也沒有掛勾，暫時脫下來的外套或衣物沒地方掛。樓地板的隔音不好，一直聽到樓上蹦蹦聲。因為房價一千二有找，就不會去要求有無早餐。 房型多樣，入住為背包旅客房，雖無簾子可保有隱私，但床鋪乾淨整潔且附個人置物櫃，房內也包含衛浴設備免出房門(非房外共享資源)，雖淋浴間地板整潔度偏滑，但尚可接受，另外附有簡易早餐，也可節省開銷，在個人旅遊上推薦。 要自己鋪床。房間沒電視，沒桌子，很乾淨，衛浴乾淨，熱水夠熱，室外環境亂，髒，差，吵，不開落地窗都還好。冷氣夠冷，但風聲很大。隔音可以。
