The hotel occupies a floor in an office building, and is difficult to find. Like most hotels in Taiwan, the staff spoke almost no English. However, they were very friendly and patient and willing to work with English -speaking clients. Staff was very professional and helpful in spite of the language barrier. The area outside is a bit sketchy for Taiwan, but it was still safe, overall. I would be careful about eating in any of the small hole-in-the-wall restaurants immediately outside the hotel, as some are unsanitary and have rodent problems. I was well pleased with their service and kindness. To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again if I come back to Taiwan. Thank you staff members for your hospitality and kindness. It's close to the station so it's easy to get to. The entrance is hard to find, but the inside is clean and comfortable. It's perfect for business use and the price is reasonable.
