Whip up delectable dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, which offers a full suite of appliances and ample counter space. This unit sleeps four guests between the full-size Murphy bed and full-size sofa bed. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip morning coffee on the private balcony while enjoying views of the river. Relax in the shared dry sauna. In warmer months, take advantage of the outdoor grill and large green space for outdoor activities and picnics. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the ski valley parking lot. The condo does not have air-conditioning. This ground-floor unit is accessed via a short set of steps. LOCATION There’s no need to get in your car when staying at this conveniently located condo. Walk to a variety of shops and dining establishments right in the Village! Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The property was very uncomfortable because the fan was broken. We notified the property 3 times and talked to the manager. Nothing happened. It appeared to be thoroughly cleaned and had a gentle scent of cleaning substance when we arrived. The walk to the lift area is about a minute, making it easy to pop in for a break from the mountain. The murphy bed is firm but still a real, reasonably comfortable bed, and it's easy to fold up. With the bed folded up, the main room feels fairly spacious, and the view of the mountain is fun. Kitchen is small but functional and we had all the tools we needed to make simple meals. No cooking staples were provided - nothing more than salt and pepper, but in light of the pandemic we had brought everything we needed anyway. We had no troubles reaching the parking area with a small two-wheel-drive vehicle, and from the parking area it's a short walk around the building to the condo.
