If you are sensitive to odors, the basement is a bit musty. That bothered my wife, but not me or the other couple staying down there. The shared bathroom in the basement does have a pump, so if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear it when someone flushes. With that said, the house was stocked better than any rental I've stayed at. Plenty of towels, robes, kitchen supplies, etc. The host was very quick to respond to texts and the property was well maintained. The hot tub was sparkling clean and ready to use when we showed up. My only other minor gripe is that the queen beds were up against wall, so if two people are sharing the bed, makes it difficult for the person next to the wall to get out of the bed without disturbing the other person. Plenty of parking (we had 4 cars there), good outdoor spaces. Only 1.5 mi to the plaza, sidewalk most of the way. ##### Ryan K. We were 2 families and having the two separate spaces was great. The kids were able to stay downstairs and the adults got the king beds upstairs.
