OK for Two People, But.........

Clean one bedroom condo within walking distance of slopes. Condo has a nice layout (photo) although the entire complex is dated and could use an update. The king bed was comfortable but they should advertise this as a two-person unit as the foldout couch cannot be used. The back bar (photo) is bent with a 6" sag and is detached from the mattress support. The foldout was missing several springs (photo) and the single blanket provided was worn thin and torn (photo). The bottom line is the bed is very uneven, sags significantly and slopes toward the top about 6". In addition, the mattress is permanently wrapped in a plastic bag. Two of our people had to sleep on the floor. Most disappointing is that fact that the folks who rent this unit obviously know the couch is not usable but lease it out anyway. This condo would be fine for two people but I'd look elsewhere if you have more than two. Make sure to bring toilet paper; we were told they only provide a "starter roll." Finally, you cannot use the fireplace (not mentioned when I reserved with Hotels.com); signs are posted everywhere threatening fines if you use the fireplace.
