We typically come in the Spring for skiing but have also enjoyed several Summer visits. Everything from the Kitchen appliances to the Bedding to the slow dimming lights are top notch. You won't hear the conversations of your Condo neighbor here. Very private location on the Mesa with a beautiful mountain view and easy access to the Gorge. However, it has an aluminum roof on it that expands and contracts at night. It sounds like a 200 pound dead body is pulling on the roof out of nowhere. It woke us both up several times in middle of the night and an absolute start. We unfortunately also had an issue with pest control in actually had to move out early. I will say, however, that the property manager was excellent and found a place to stay. Just down the road for an equal price that was fabulous. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I used to live in Taos, and took my family there for a quick ski trip. The house is quite frankly perfect. The service from Turnkey was excellent. They were super responsive and made us feel like we had a real host there to take care of us. I’m going back and I will definitely stay at this beautiful home. The little things like candles, games for the kids, HOTTUB, fire pit, great outdoor space. The views to the Sangre de Cristo mountains were breathtaking. Out to the desert/Mesa the sunsets were beautiful. The radiant floor heating was great after a long day of skiing. Our turnkey host Cameron was great, picked up the phone, and was very easy. They had anything and everything that you would need in the kitchen as well as fans, heaters and humidifiers for each bedroom. The home was extremely updated and had absolutely everything that you would need in it. We had kids with us and they loved it as well. If staying here, expect to have zero phone reception.
