We arrived to find so much hair on everything from countertops, stovetop, pillowcases, bedsheets, comforters, floor, everything. Owners were helpful in booking prior to arrival, but not available for questions or comments during our stay as they did not respond to any messages. The location itself is very close and walking distance to the ski lifts. However, the unit really needs some updating. No floor mat when going in makes for a very messy floor during snow months. Features were outdated with obvious repairs needed (kitchen cabinet would not stay closed to name one thing).
