When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). "My family loved staying here. The house was perfect for our group of 10\. Everyone had fun from my 1 year old to my 15 year old. The Fußball table was a hit and the views from the house were breathtaking. I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony daily. The house was secluded enough to feel like a getaway but only a few minutes from downtown. Would definitely recommend to others to stay here. "
