Only 650m from Tannum Sands Beach, your second storey Spanish-inspired apartment invites you to relax in the ocean breeze on your expansive verandah and enjoy amenities such as BBQ, coffee machine, full kitchen, comfy bedding, projector, games, gym, laundry, kayak & paddle-boards.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms include beds, side tables, wardrobes and ceiling fans. The main queen bedroom has its own air conditioner also. Other bedrooms include double beds, side tables, wardrobes, plus a small desk /workspace in one room.
Kitchen & Dining:
Kitchen and dining are equipped with utensils, kitchen appliances as well as a Nespresso Delonghi coffee machine. *pods are limited and can be purchased from nearby Coles which is only 2 mins walk away.
The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cooking equipment including an air-fryer, oven, stove, microwave and appropriate heat proof crockery. You will also find various serving and child friendly dinner ware.
Living:
The living room is equipped with a projector for your convenience. We provide cables that can be used to connect laptops and tablets to the projector, and casting is available for iOS and Android devices.
There are also two sofa beds that can be converted for extra guests to double beds (recommended for children). Our living also features a baby and toddler friendly floor mat for added comfort.
Bathroom:
The spacious bathroom offers a shower, single vanity with storage and a toilet. The bathroom has been updated to provide maximum satisfaction with water-pressure, soft bathroom towels, an endless supply of hot water and thoughtful cleanliness.
Other Amenities:
Your laundry space, gym and backyard are shared spaces kept in super tidy order. You will find everything you need in your private access laundry to keep your garments in top shape.
The gym space offers basic weights, treadmill, speed bike, bench with rack, punching bag, chin-up bar, TRX straps, as well as a skipping rope and battle ropes (if you’d like to take your work out to the lovely outdoors). Of course, you’ll also find some inspirational mirrors and kind rubber flooring in this space.
Guests:
Our space is ideal for any party that requires 3 seperate bedrooms or less. We happily accept families, workers and travellers of all walks of life, provided they can access the space via one flight of stairs (not wheelchair friendly unfortunately). It certainly helps if you value being close to everything Central Tannum has to offer as we could not really be any closer to the shops, cafes & restaurants that Tannum Sands offers.
Your Hosts:
Your hosts are a young couple with 2 little humans, and a super friendly dog who have lovingly renovated the majority of this unique property. Your hosts accommodate the private and self contained apartment on the ground level and are on-site most of the time to help with anything you may need to make your stay most comfortable. Thanks to sound-proofing materials, you need not worry about disturbing your downstairs neighbours.
Your space will be serviced at the end of your stay. Basic toiletries, fruit, milk and pantry items will be provided at the beginning of your stay.
Security:
For the safety and security of all guests, our property is equipped with a smart lock and a video doorbell. The video doorbell records video and audio only when motion is detected at the entrance. This ensures a secure environment for everyone without compromising your privacy inside the home.
Please get in contact if you have any specific questions about your stay at this property. Guest access You will have access to the entire second level 3 bedroom apartment and expansive wrap-around verandah (private space).
Shared spaces are on the ground level, including the laundry with a small gym area, as well as parking areas the backyard. There is one undercover car space provided (subject to height), and one additional uncovered car space for guests.
Guests will have access to stairs at the ground floor entrance to the second level private space. *Not wheelchair friendly.
The laundry and gym space can be accessed via private internal stairs from your living area.
Guests have full access to the backyard and washing line via a large gate beyond the car port (shared space with dog). Bins can be accessed by a small brown gate on the opposite (west) side of the property. Other things to note Pets:
It may be possible to request a stay with pets, please simply enquire with us before booking. Pets are not permitted inside the property, but they do have an expansive 2 storeys of verandah space and a large backyard.
We do have a super friendly dog on-site most of the time, and there should be no trace of animal hair in your space as he lives in the ground floor space only.
If you are approved to stay with a pet, please be sure to clean up after your dog in the yard and surrounding areas on the property, and ensure there is no trace of animal left behind in the indoor space. Additional cleaning fees may otherwise apply. Design of space may differ from photos for pre-approved dogs. Damages will be covered by the guest.
* Service dogs are always approved.
Projector:
We do not have a TV in your space but do provide a projector with 2 adapters to HDMI and USB-C outlets. Some devices may also be able to cast to the projector. Please do be sure to bring an appropriate device along. We may be able to provide you with the one if you let us know prior to your stay.
Children:
If you have tiny humans, please let us know. We are able to provide baby gates, high chair, porta cot etc.
Our space does include several small internal steps from the main living area to the hallway, and as such, people with mobility issues or small children should take care.
Changes will be made to decor and amenities to accommodate for young children (will differ from photos). If you would like more information on this, please send an enquiry before you book. eg: Full length mirror from lounge will be moved, books, devices and decor may be removed (for children 1-6 years old).
Events & Additional Guests:
Please send an enquiry before booking if you intend to host an event and/or visitors at this space. Whilst this property has various awesome entertaining opportunities, we like to be courteous and check with neighbours before approving. We are happy to provide additional party supplies on request.
We want you to feel super comfortable and make yourself at home. So we kindly ask that guests respect our home in just a few little ways so that we can make it a comfortable and enjoyable space for all future guests:
1. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the premises, as it may activate smoke alarms.
2. Pets: Service pets and outdoor dogs are welcome! For other pets, please enquire before booking. Pets have access to the undercover verandah and a shared yard.
3. Events: Events are allowed with prior approval. Please discuss your plans with us before booking.
4. Food & Drinks: Please keep food and drinks out of the bedrooms (water is okay). There are various dining locations in this property.
5. Laundry & Towels: • Avoid hanging wet items on verandah timber rails; use the air dryer provided on the verandah or in the laundry. • Hang bathroom towels in the bathroom only, not on bedroom doors or furniture.
6. BBQ & Kitchen: Please leave the BBQ and oven as clean as you found them. Cleaning supplies are provided (under BBQ and kitchen sink). Kitchen ware is to be cleaned before departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply if not left clean.
7. Shoes: Please leave dirty soles outside. Shoe racks and indoor/outdoor mats are provided at all entryways.
8. Energy-Saving: Turn off air conditioning units when the house is unoccupied to help us keep rates low and support the environment.
9. Security: Always lock doors when leaving the property.
10. Repairs & Maintenance: Let us know if anything isn’t working properly (e.g., projector, appliances), and we’ll address it promptly.
11. Rubbish: Please take your rubbish out to the council bins before departure. Bins are collected every Thursday morning from the curbside.
12. Furniture Use: No standing, climbing, or jumping on furniture, especially outdoor pieces.
13. Visitors: Unapproved guests are not permitted. Please inform us in advance if you’d like to have visitors. Additional guests are charged $19 per person per day.
14. Damage: Guests are responsible for reimbursing any damages to the property.
