The restaurant closure was due to the owner and landlord not reaching an agreement on a new lease. Guests may notice that the restaurant space is inactive, but your stay, access, and amenities are entirely unaffected. We continue to provide a comfortable, clean, and convenient home base for enjoying Tannersville and the surrounding Catskills. Interaction with Guests: We give guests full privacy throughout their stay. The rooms are located next to each other inside the chalet building, but each space is completely private with its own secure Yale smart lock and no shared interior areas. You can check in and out on your own, and you will not need to meet anyone in person. Our team is available by message or phone if you need help with anything. We are happy to answer questions, offer local recommendations, or assist with any issues that come up.
