I am still a little confused about the slight variabilities of parking places( there are condos behind the parking level I did not realize were there. So when they came in after we went to bed they woke me up) But this kitchen/dining/living area worked fantastically for our little group of 4\. My husband did not like the stairs at night- too steep for him in the dark. I was able to warm up a nice meal for Saturday dinner just fine. Breakfast worked well, too. Nice drip coffee maker.
