Surrounding area is packed with activities, most are a short drive away. The space Comfortable 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom attached townhouse with NEWLY renovated kitchen, living room, and bedrooms for your use. NEW A/C and Heating system in every room. \-TV, PS3. \-Fully stocked kitchen. \-Pool towels, bath towels and linens are provided. \-Wood burning fire place. \-Outdoor gas grill Guest access \_\_ The Village at Camelback offers a sports complex facility including heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, weight room as well as indoor tennis court with basketball hoop and outdoor tennis court. \_\_ The fitness room has equipment to accommodate most exercise regimens. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was stocked well for a long weekend and felt very clean. We brought our own pool towels, but they also had some there which was nice. The house isn’t necessarily the perfect place for kids (no high chairs, pack n plays, gates, toys, etc.), but it also was clear in the listing that this was the case so we just came prepared with our own stuff. Jan 7, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice location and fully equiped house A very complete and modernised house, everything you need is there. We loved the big TV and the fireplace (buy your own wood and fluid). The beds in all the rooms were very good. The house was close to the ski slopes (4 minutes walk). Nice (small) indoor pool, jacuzzi and (small) sauna within a 3 minutes walk. A bit outdated but nice. We arrived early (2 PM) and waited 2 hours at the reception, that was bummer since the house was ready to move in sooner. Other guests that arrived at the same time could check-in immediately without waiting. The (older) guy at the reception was very friendly and put on the TV for us while waiting and provided internet access. Overall communication with the owner during the booking and after check-in was very good. Our questions were answered quickly. ##### Victor P. Jul 5, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Summer in Poconos Property was rented for Gran Camp: grandma and granddaughters (18 &14.) Unit was as described and perfect for our needs with the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The stairs inside and outside the condo were not a problem for us, but could be for someone with mobility issues. Approximately 13 steps to front door; bedrooms are located either upstairs or lower level. Unit was conveniently located to activities we wanted to do and a grocery story in nearby town. One day, we drove to Jim Thorpe, PA; condo located within easy distance to highway entrances and exits. If you are going to the water park, it's a short walk. You can hear the music for the park on the deck; this did not bother us. It was a quiet area; it might be busier on a weekend or during the skiing season. We arrived on Sunday evening and departed Wednesday morning. ##### Ann B. The property is as advertised. There was plenty of room for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The house is very modern and updated on the main floor which includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, and deck area. It was nicely furnished and had great appliances throughout (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer). The carpet in the basement was a bit dated, but I usually don't make my rental decisions on the color/style of the carpet. The bathroom off the kitchen and the bathroom off the loft are rather small. The bathroom off the kitchen had a sink that sprayed and splashed people and the built-in soap dispenser was coming off the wall. The house was also well-stocked with many things you might need on your vacation, but didn't bother to pack. Tons of kitchen supplies, extra towels, detergents, etc. The location within Camelback Village was great!!! You were literally next door to the pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and office. We had friends that stayed up toward the top of the mountain and they had to drive down for the amenities, we had to step outside and walk less than 5 minutes. Our friends were a bet envious of our condo as their condo was much more dated. We had never been to the Poconos before; I think we were expecting the activities to be grouped together a bit more and take on a more "touristy" feel; that is not the case. Expect to drive a good distance to many of the activities. Would I rent again? Yes.
