My cozy and secluded 1-acre property is located just minutes away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Equipped with smart locks, you'll never have to worry about losing a key. The living room boasts a brand new 58-inch Roku smart TV where you can log in with your Netflix, Hulu accounts and more free apps, and another 50-inch Roku TV in the basement. Relax in front of the fireplace in the living room or head downstairs and enjoy the competition in the game rooms featuring arcade games, foosball, pool and ping pong tables. \- \*\*Hot Tub\*\* coming this December! Just in time for ski season With a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer, you will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The backyard is perfect for evening gatherings around the fire pit. Safety is our priority, each room has its own smoke detector, and fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located in the kitchen. When staying in the winter months, we highly recommend that you have a car with all-wheel or four-wheel drive, as we are located on a small hill, and we are not responsible if your vehicle cannot make it up the hill. Visited Tannersville to ski and the house is 2min to rental shops and another 2min to Camelback parking lot. When we first walked in the downstairs, we were greeted by two arcades, table tennis, foosball and a pool table. We spent what energy we had left after skiing in the downstairs. Upstairs is the main living area, Kitchen and bedrooms. The Keurig coffee maker along with a variety of coffee to choose from was a treat! We used the kitchen often and all the pots, pans, dish ware and utensils were provided/available. The only issue we had was when going to sleep, the heating units/registers are at the baseboards and they will ping and knock when cooling down. Not loudly, but a small nuisance that first night. To counteract that, we turned down the heat a couple hours before going to bed the next couple nights, issue solved! We enjoyed three pleasant nights at this clean, well equipped home in the woods. The owner of the property was in constant communication with us.
