"We had a lovely stay with our family of 9. The house was clean and well stocked with everything that we would need. Spacious bedrooms with all the comforts of home. Beautiful property - we tried fishing and the kids enjoyed searching for shells on the shoreline. We also enjoyed the BBQ, fire table and arcade machine. The house is close to a grocery store, restaurants and other amenities. Gary (our host) was welcoming, kind, and helped us with any questions that we had!"

"This trip was to visit my long distance girlfriend for a week and this property was exactly what we needed. We are very thankful for Marvin not turning us away as our original Vrbo had been cancelled due to the owner selling the property. The cottage had everything we could’ve needed; we didn’t need to bring anything to cook or clean with, there was everything for doing laundry, plenty of space for the two of us, and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a small getaway!"

"This property was perfect for celebrating our 20th anniversary! We woke up to stunning sunrises and ended the evenings with beautiful stars. It was all about walks on the beach, daily hot tub sittings and the massage chair. The owners were responsive to our questions both leading up to our visit and during…we would definitely feel blessed to stay again!"

"This property feels like it is in the middle of complete privacy, yet is close to adequate shopping and dining. If you want alittle more life, it is reasonably close to Halifax and Lunenburg. The home is beautiful and restful. I cannot say enough how much we loved it, even in the pouring rain!!"

We stayed to attend a family wedding in the area and didn't have time to make use of the hot tub or kayaks. We would definitely stay here again. Harry was great to deal with."

"We had a wonderful stay at Vania & Joe’s home. It has a fabulous view of the harbour, comfortable beds, and lots of supplies. Air conditioning was a plus on a couple of hot, humid days. Vania is a terrific hostess and frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend Harbour View as a great place from which to enjoy all the eastern shore has to offer."
