It has two large rooms. One of them, en suite with full bathroom. All spaces have natural light. There is a second bathroom with shower. Room with fireplace and sofa bed. The kitchen is completely tooled, for its normal operation, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, is open, through some arches to a large room, where it is located, the dining room and the living room with television, a large sofa, two armchairs, and a pouf. It has a terrace of about 45 m2 with barbecue and outdoor dining room. On the -1 floor of the building is the private parking, where we have a large parking space. The apartment is located in the urbanization les Jardins d'Assilah, completely fenced and with private security both personal and technical 24 hours a day. The complex has 2 outdoor pools, and a basketball and soccer court, as well as 8 villas and 4 buildings of three heights. The exteriors are calm and beautiful. The place is a haven of peace, with impressive sunsets. In room 1 we have incorporated a cot for children under 2 or 3 years. Ideal for family vacations. You can hire the cleaning.
