Overnight stay in Jakarta near the airport
Huge rooms. No some small amenities on the place. The transfer takes time to organize (need to reach by phone) + only one car goes. Local area is for locals: just local restraurants. The breakfast is small. But anyway I like it.

It is only worth staying there if you are in transit in Jakarta. The hotel it is only accessible by their own van transportation, otherwise it is impossible to reach in the alleys of the streets . Breakfast it is Indonesian food that looks like lunch to westerns with chicken, rice and vegetables. Rooms are comfortable. Location is totally impossible to hang around anywhere because it is in an isolated area, so I would suggest only to stay there in case you have a transfer flight on the next day or overnight to the next destination otherwise skip this hotel. Ps: in the night someone was smoking somewhere in the hotel and all that smell was coming under the door .

Great staff, needs to be cleaner.
Staff is very friendly, they always have at least one person who can speak English and they work hard to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied. However, my bed had urine stains on it, the ac wasn’t the best and after seeing the urine or feces stains on my sheets, I made sure to sleep over the sheets and comforter cuz it was too gross. I could’ve probably had them changed but I didn’t. Also, bathroom’s toiletries can be better. Location is annoying if you need to get in to Jakarta.

Book if you desperate
We missed our connecting flight therefore had to book a hotel last minute. We didn't have great deal of choices with most hotels close proximity of the airport had been fully booked. Hotel approximately 30 minutes from CGK, hidden in a back street which made it difficult to navigate for the taxi driver to find. Bed was okay, shower didn't have any hot water, free wifi which was 1 plus, overall just a basic room to sleep. We organised a taxi pickup 5:15am with the front desk, received a call 5am advising us taxi had arrived. When we got to the front desk taxi was nowhere to be seen, we asked the hotel staff only to be told the taxi had not arrived even though we had received a call advising it had arrived??? Really confused??? Staff had to reorder a new cab for us and we had to wait a further 30 minutes. Overall it's just a nightstop hotel, if you desperate for a bed & cold shower. I personally won't stay again unless we desperate.

Transit hotel
Basic hotel but convenient for transit stay and for early morning flights from Soekarno Hatta Airport. Free transfer to and from airport is very useful and convenient. You avoid Jakarta traffic and its around a 30 minute drive to and from the airport. Basic but good value. Not recommended for anything other than a one night transit stop......the local area offers nothing of any interest.

Nice hotel in a dicey area
The facility itself is very nice, but it is hidden down an alleyway and that looks very unlikely to have such a nice hotel at the end of it, and the surrounding area is very impoverished

Not a bad hotel
Not as close and convenient to the airport as I thought, 25mins without any traffic although they have good and frequent shuttle services even early in the morning. Location was in a small alley so it was not too easy to find but overall good value and not bad for a day stay waiting for the flight.

My stay at Bale Ocasa
Pros: free airport shuttle service, accommodating staff, prompt response to queries and requests, WIFI in public areas such as lobby and dining area, very comfortable bed and pillows, big king size bed, AC working well Cons: No WI-FI in room, hotel was difficult to find - off the main road & road leading to the hotel is quite narrow, no restaurants or entertainment nearby, stray cats coming in and out of the hotel, room has a stale kinda funky smell - not sure if it's from the cleaning solvents or lack of air circulation.

Good and descent transit hotel 20min from airport
It is only good for a transit hotel after a long overseas trip and my connecting flight is only 6 hours apart, so I just need a clean place to take a shower and take a short nap. This hotel serves the purpose and the free shuttle is every hour to go to airport but when I arrive they will pick up in 20 minutes after I called them. The area is very secluded so will be difficult to find, but as a result very quiet thus I could sleep better. A clean standard room for short term stay.

Service was good, employees are polite and accomodating. It just the location and the neighborhood are so inconvenient. The hotel address was hard to find by our taxi driver, and it located within local residents neighborhood, where there's absolutely nothing around the hotel to do. The shops and other venues are about 20 minutes away from the hotel.

Great value for airport stay
Stayed here for two different plane transfers. Rooms were clean, staff was nice, Internet worked well and the airport transfers were great. For the price and close proximity to the airport, this can't be beat. On the second night, our air conditioner was a bit weak, but besides that, great value.

This is a basic no frills hotel. Clean and close to the airport. Perfect for those overnight stays to catch another plane. Shuttle service is excellent. Breakfast is limited, would not recommend. Rooms are spare.

quite an empty hotel, ok for a flight stopover
the staff were lovely and were waitign for me at the airport when i arrived. it took us 20 min to get to the hotel but due to traffic 45 mins to go back to the airport. the hotel is ok for a short stop over- i only stayed for a few hours. the room was fine , not too modern but clean. the hotel felt empty and a bit weird and being on my own i would not have spent a night there. it is relatively easy to get to from the airport but location is not central and did not fell fine leaving the hotel on my own. it was cheap so i m not complaning. the staff were lovely and helpful but i did not feel 100 percent comfortable on my own.

Rather low key hotel that mostly distinguishes itself through being cheap and close to the notoriously traffic-jammed airport (~15-30min depending on time). The room was spartan and didn't feel very clean and only one small towel was provided. On the positive side service was friendly, there was a decent breakfast, and they offer free airport pickup/drop off.

Slow start, good finish
The arrival of the shuttle to take us to the hotel from the airport was very slow. We couldn't seem to connect with Air Asia to book local airline tickets to Yogyakarta online and the hotel provided their shuttle to take us to a travel agent for free. In this regard they were very helpful. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was very prompt and timely. Complementary breakfast was fine. Hotel was okay for a short overnight stay but would probably not want to spend more than one night there.

The free airport airport shuttle is definitely a very nice and convenient bonus because taxis out there will be shamelessly trying to scam you. The hotel garden is very cute and quaint. The rooms are nice and clean. The bathroom shower is a bit uncomfortable but one can do with. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just ok. Don't expect luxury. However, for the price I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed only one night on a layover before flying to Yogyakarta. So as an overnight hotel it fulfilled my needs. However the location isn't really practical if you're staying in Jakarta for tourism.

Free airport pickup!
The best part about this hotel is the free airport pickup. Staff at the hotel will contact you immediately after you book a room and pick you up at the time of your flight arrival. This is much better than other hotels that only send shuttles every couple of hours to the airport. The rooms are also clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is okay. Those things being said, this hotel really is a transit hotel. There is not much to do around at all. The rooms are also quite simple (in fact I didn't have hot running water). I would still recommend this hotel for those transiting in Jakarta and need free airport pickup.

Great service from the hotel who picked me up/dropped me off from/to airport. I had not expected this free service so was very pleased. Room was fine, bathroom not very modern but functional. Don't be dissapointed -this is not a boutique hotel as some of the photos may suggest. Restaurant service could improve menu range-I am vegetarian and had little to choose from. I would use again if I had long flight connection time.

Nice hotel randonmly in the middle of shacks
I wrote in the notes of my hotel.com booking that I'd need a shuttle at 1am and then emailed them through their website a little while later to confirm that, but still wanted to make sure so the day before arriving I called them and they seemed to have no idea I was wanting a shuttle. Regardless, after walking around out front for a while at the airport and avoiding all of the hounding taxi drivers I found a guy holding a sign with my name on it and they took me to the hotel, which is in a really sketchy looking area - but it turns out that's pretty normal for Indonesia really. The hotel honestly seems to be in the middle of a bunch of run down shacks on some random side street, but that's often how things are over there. It did take a while to get there and back because you basically have to go all the way around the airport and then some, but for my 8 hour layover it did the trick to have a shower and rest. There was no air conditioning so it was pretty warm, but I found it bearable anyway. In the morning I had their little breakfast buffet, which was nice to have, and they drove me back to the airport.

Outstanding!Hotel emailed me to arrange complimentary airport transfer upon booking confirmation. 24 hr shuttle service to the airport, only 20mins away. Very friendly staff. Early breakfast available, hot breakfast from 6 am. New decor, with a gym! Very comfortable & clean.Excellent for a layover!

Good only for an overnight.
This hotel is located within 200 meters of the airport property but is nearly half an hour from the terminal by car because the terminal entrance is on the opposite side of the airport. It should be used ONLY for those wanting nothing more than a place to spend the night while transiting the airport. Most of the customers are crews from various Indonesian airlines. There is nothing within an easy walk. There are a couple of small restaurants and convenience stores on the main road a few hundred meters from the hotel, but given the traffic you take your life in your hands attempting to go there. The hotel tried twice to call a taxi for me, but each time resulted in a 45 minute wait with no result.

Late arrival in Jakarta
Would definitely recommend hotel for late arrivals and first timers. Picked up by staff in uniform at the airport exits with our names who also helped find money exchange. Hotel has small tea shop in lobby, but not much to do as wi-fi pretty poor. Breakfast was Indonesian style with bread & jam. On booking hotel promptly emails you with request of flight details for pickup. However only a few staff spoke some English. When we asked for a taxi to Bandung, was given one of the staff. He was a lovely chap who gave us a quick guide as driving through Jakarta centre.

Close to the airport with free shuttle pick up and drop off organized by the hotel via email. Head all the way outside the airport to find the shuttle service waiting for you. The hotel itself is decent but located in a residential area with not many choices for restaurants. Taxi was 20-30 minutes to the nearest mall. Shuttle service was great.

An attempt at Feng Shui in a difficult place
My taxi driver needed to make several phone calls and local enquiries before finding the hotel, as others have said, down a narrow side road off another side road, off the perimeter road. I am pleased that I arrived in daylight. First impressions of the hotel were favourable, with a warm welcome and the wide reception area opening out to a small courtyard with small fountains and the constant sound of soothing water. I was given a better room than I had ordered, on the corner of the ground floor, close to reception and wifi connection. Even in my room, the wifi connection dropped out on occasions and I needed to go and sit out in the reception area. The room, itself, was basically equipped. It lacked a safe and drawers, whilst a small armchair would have improved the level of comfort. The shower room was also basic and could have benefitted from having at least a shower curtain but, better still, a partition. The air-con was efficient, but take some mosquito repellant. Given that I did not want to venture outside, I had to eat in the small restaurant, with its limited menu. What I had was adequate, although, if you crave alcohol, you will need to bring your own, as well as a corkscrew. There was meticulous attention given to keeping the reception and surrounding areas clean. All of the staff were helpful , whilst the airport shuttle was bang on time, taking around 20 minutes to reach the terminal via two sides of the airport perimeter.

It's a good, clean and comfortable hotel. My only problem is you can really hear the sound from the next room, it feels like there's no wall at all. It disturbs my sleep time at night cause the people in the next room was so loud. But overall, the hotel is good and really worth the price.

Very clean with perfect service hotel close to CGK
I stayed in this hotel for one night between my flights and it was a perfect decision to stay there. it's about 20 min drive from the airport. on the map it looks super close to airport but you have to drive around it to get to the hotel. They offer free shuttle to and from and that's at least $10-$15 savings if you were to take a taxi. the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is on the top level. my room was spotless and smelled fresh. bed sheets were snow-white and also were fresh. the only thing i think should improve is the food sold in their mini restaurant. it's tasty but portions are very small. i was hungry before my meal and left hungry after it. nonetheless, my stay was at Bale Ocasa was near perfect and I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for accommodation near the CGK airport.

たまたま隣が悪かったのだろうが、早朝便なので未明に起きてから、ずっと話しが止まず、兎に角うるさい。防音機能などなくうるさい。 シャトルバスは、乗車したらインドネシアソング音量全開、走り出せば2tトラックに屋根付けたようなバスを運転手は全開、ディーゼル騒音最悪、音量全開の意味を知りながら、荷台でガンガン揺らされながら、もう二度とないなと思いながら空港に着きました。

完全なるトランジットホテル
フライトの関係で深夜にチックインし翌朝早く(7時半)にチュックアウトしたのであまり描く事はないけれどそんな使い方こそこのホテルの利用価値だと思います。他の利用客も同様だった。まさにトランジットホテル。その点では全く問題なし。空港の往復共に無料のシャトルバスがあり大いに助かる。但し、予約時に予定到着時間やフライト番号等を伝えていたにもかかわらず、空港に到着した時にはホテルの人の出迎えは無くインフォメーションの人に事情を話すとホテルの電話番号を調べて連絡を取ってくれその後そこでホテルのドライバーと会う事が出来た。もし、言葉(インドネシア語)が出来ず、出来たとしてもインフォメーションの人が親切でなかったなら、本来不要なタクシー代を払う事になっていただろう。

Nous avons dormi 1 nuit après un vol long courrier . La navette (demandée par mail en avance) est venue nous chercher à l'heure et nous a ramené à l'aéroport pour l'envol interne du lendemain. La chambre est correcte, matelas confortable mais la propreté laisse un peu à désirer NOUS B'avins pas pris le petit déjeuner
