Only issues we had was the noise level as the walls are thin and since it’s a small hotel you can hear the people at the pool, the room above and outside! Also, NO hot water, we tried showering at different times of the day and there was no hot water, only from the bathroom sink. Very basic necessities and room is a tight space. It’s definitely not a hotel, it’s a motel style place. The room was clean but found a giant roach in the bathroom and towels definitely need replacement seeing that the edges of the towels are shredded. There are guides that will take you to the waterfall with equipment but they lack a vehicle to take you there. It’s $150 peso per person if 6 or more people or $1000 pesos if less than 6 people. Staff was kind to help us obtain a taxi the night before our check out since taxis are scarce.
