I wasn't fond of a feature that seems to be non-existent in Philipine accommodations, namely the lack of amenities for the disabled. This was shown as I slipped in the shower in our first room. Fortunately there waer no serious injuries. After reporting the incident, I was immediately seen by the hotel nurse and we were transferred to another room with the safety features that were missing in the first room. The rest of our visit was much better even though the only English language entertainment on the TV was HBO, limiting our viewing enjoyment.

While the hotel is clean, the food is great in their restaurant, shopping is a few minutes walk away; one of the most important things i love at this hotel is the friendly, polite & very helpful staff. They are very attentive to your needs.
I would go back to stay in this hote, again.

I feel like home. Rooms are very unique.Very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean bathroom. Has separate toilet and shower room also help me prevent slip and fall.

"Room was spacious, clean, and no thrills. But it was close enough to the port where I could dive with the sharks. Ownership is very nice, welcoming, and accommodating.
