Hill Top Hotel
This hotel is on top of the hill with no access by bus or train. For self drive guests, parking is very limited. Walking up the steep hill narrow road from the bus stop is very strenuous - not the casual walk of a km. However, the hotel manager offered to bring us by his van down to the bus station. When we finished our dinner near the Shirahama Aquarium, the restaurant lady was very helpful and called the hotel and the manager sent the van to pick us back. A very different type of experience. Thanks

白浜という場所柄か、温泉があるから他は適当でいいや感がひどかった。部屋は非常に寒く、毛布を借りに行ったがなかった。エアコンを最大限かけたが壁、ゆか、窓全てから冷気がひどく暖まらない。リモコンが既に最大に設定されていたので以前に宿泊された方も同じ気持ちだったのだろうと諦めた。持っていた服全て着込んで寝た感じ。客室露天風呂はとりあえず風呂がある感じ。水はけが悪く足元はびしょびしょになるけど室内を濡らすわけにいかないし、ベランダ用のスリッパなど役に立たない。せめて一部にスノコのような物でも欲しかった。
