Fully self contained 1 bedroom granny flat. Set on rural property amid lush gardens and trees. Set apart from main residence so come and go as you please in private. Off street parking right outside the apartment. Outdoor gazebo with BBQ for relaxing dinner. Free wifi. Living room has a pull out sofa bed for kids or another couple. Kitchen has full cooking facilities provided. Large fridge and washing machine with clothes line out back. Reverse cycle A/C. Living room has 65 inch smart TV for streaming or watching free to air Channel’s. Also has Foxtel box for your watching needs. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. 50 inch smart TV In bedroom with Foxtel app pre-installed or you can stream through the usual apps or watch free to air Chanel’s. Walk in wardrobe attached to bedroom with plenty of room for luggage and hanging clothes. Fur babies are more than welcome. Outdoor gazebo area is fully fenced. If you don’t fancy cooking Carmen’s Italian restaurant is only 5 mins away or 15 mins to centre of Tamworth with many eating options. If you still don’t want to cook but also don’t want to drive then pizza and Chinese will deliver to the location.

Host was very welcoming, and the apartment was easy to find and easy to access. It was a comfortable place for our overnight stay in a relaxed rural setting. The space had lots of thoughtful bits and pieces that added charm and made it feel well cared for. The kitchen was well equipped and having cold drinks in the fridge was a lovely much appreciated touch. Overall a pleasant stay with a lovely garden and outdoor setting.

We were disappointed on arrival as we felt the information on the listing didn’t accurately reflect the property. The Internet wasn’t working and the kitchen ware was average . The patio area was filthy. Over all we were very disappointed.

A perfect spot

We were visiting Tamworth and stayed in the cabin which is such a short drive out of the town. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

Hosts are friendly and responsive to any enquiry. Lovely welcoming on arrival. Accommodation clean, roomy and made to feel cosy with decor and setting. Lovely enclosed outdoor area, with outdoor furniture and bbq. Fully enclosed so the fur babies can be accomdated.

a most pleasant stay-over

This was a most comfortable cottage to stay in with lovely friendly hosts who made us very welcome. The domicile of Kingswood is a quiet, restful place with houses in huge yards with pretty, well-looked-after gardens. Our dogs were also made to feel welcome. The cottage had everything included to make our stay comfortable.

Excellent accommodation

Had a great time here using this accommodation as a base whilst in Tamworth for a family wedding and weekend. Dog was welcome and could leave him securely when I needed to go out without him. The hosts were great and it's a very comfortable place to stay

Peace, quiet, amazing hosts

From start to finish it was great. Hosts are such lovely and welcoming people. I took my dog with me last minute and that wasn’t an issue. We even got to meet some of theirs. My local visitor was also made welcome. Lovely place. Water is hot, air con is quiet, lounge is comfy, air is fresh and only noise is the birds. We will be back. I’m only sorry I didn’t get to say goodbye as we left early. Thank you for having us. Deb and Beau the Bulldog.
