I like the hotel because its a short drive from the mall. There are several places to eat around.

*Los desayunos tristemente pobres en calidad y por debajo de cualquier espectativa de un buffet *La piscina no eran suficiente para el número INCREIBLE de huespedes, y se veia sucia *La habitación muy bien

I arrived late with my reservation. The rude, unprofessional woman at the desk did not greet me. She did not say hello, she tried to find a way to keep me from checking in and consulted with the manager. I am n American and I felt like she wanted me to be inconvienced as possible. After she resigned to the fact that I was staying I was given a room. She did not tell me about the pool, restaurant or any of the amenities. After checking in I stepped out side for a minute and I saw that she allowed an obvious prostitute enter with an awaiting guest. She smiled at the two of them as they went to his room. So I am angry that she treats US citizens rudely and the sex trade cordially. The priorities here are wrong.

Nice, clean, and pleasing property. The Pool area, although small, was very inviting. I didn't like that the TVs in our rooms didn't work. I called the front desk to have them check them, but no one fixed them.

I am a handicap and they assign me a room where I need to use the stairs, I asked to change my room, and they were unable. The guy said: this is what we have if you don't like it, leave.

Nice quiet suite next to the pool felt very secluded and the houskeeping and hotle staff stayed on top of cleaning everything in the hotel every morning.

Big room, long entry hallway, tiled room always a plus for me, furniture not luxurious but clean and in good shape. This has been the best out of the less expensive hotels I have tried in Tampico. Definitely will come back here for overnight stay. For longer stays I prefer hotel with bigger pool and gym. Cozy little restaurant with good food at reasonable prices and very nice continental breakfast included in room rate.

The hotel offered exactly what it advertised. Our sofa bed was broken and very uncomfortable, but our 10 year old just slept sideways and didn't complain. It was too cold to use the pool, but it was beautiful and well kept; a hot tub would have been nice. Although we don't speak Spanish and none of the staff speak English, everyone was friendly and kind.

Dear guest, your reservation was made by one person and at the time of your arrival were more people, that is why you were charged additional persons. Our continental breakfast is buffet and is free, And our location is excellent since we are in the main avenue of the city near all the most important places of the city. I'm sorry that we did not like him.

it was nice, but rules are dumb
it was nice to stay there, the kids loved the pool. the only thing i didnt like is the fact of the charges to make calls from the room to a restaurant to do some delivery, they charge to call out. i guess is mexico and what can you expect but when you travel international and phone doesnt work there, it makes it hard. also they will not let my dad or my brother or my friends to come up into the room to visit me and to help to pack or unpack or anything. i found that kind of ridiculous

Good location. Parking lot is very small and with Difficult access. People had to leave their cars in non-parking spots. Room size is good Comfort inn did not fulfilled my request for extra bed Mold in shower curtain Very small breakfast room. A lot of people had to wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes to wait. This hotel used to be Tampico Inn if you want to read more reviews.
