Property was very outdated. Strong musty odor throughout the building. Pictures online are definitely not what you get in the room. Yelling/screaming all night long from other rooms. Ceiling tiles missing throughout lobby office. Pull down security window at front desk should be an indication of the feeling of safety. No checkout instructions and no one at the front desk for checkout at 07:30. Basically just left the property.

Every Time I travel to Tampa I Stay here because of it’s location . But this Time something surprise me they did not have breakfast . But everything was perfect .

There's a lot of tweakers running around both this one and the other Extended stay hotels in tampa region. Someone had a KEY to my first room. Staff was excellent in helping and moving me to another room, but still.

No one to check out was there only a couple of hrs and the hotel is outdated and very different smell to it and when I was leaving I ran into another guess where she had roaches and she took photos and a video where one was crawlin all over her pillows

We stayed for a weekend. We got there and the girl who was supposed to be at the front desk was sitting hiding in the back. I had to yell for help. Then we got to our room and it’s dirty and dark. No plates or cups anywhere to be found because you have to specifically ask for them. Same with the hair dryer. It smelled terrible and there was still hair in the shower from the last people. I checked the bed to see if there was any other gross things. I decided it was safe but would not walk on the floor barefoot. Just terrible service and the place needs an update. Do not recommend. Do not go.

The room was unclean. If you walk barefoot then your foot will be greasy. The furniture was in bad shape. Except for price, this was not a good stay.

Overall, I feel the price for the stay was great. We were a large group and were looking for somewhere to stay and were a little skeptical because of the reviews, but when we arrived the staff was nice. When we needed something extra we just had to come down and get it. I will be staying here again when visiting family. The space was very spacious for our large group which was a plus.

Roaches Beware!! Poor Service
The room had roaches when I called done to the front desk to report the issue the clerk said “this ain’t the Marriott” then I had to call the front desk because at this point the amount of roaches increased dramatically. The new front desk person said to speak with the manager Luis which I did and was told that someone would be reaching out to me to provide a refund and they never called.

We arrived in Tampa at 11pm. Got to the property. Very tired. The room was very ugly. No coffee. Outdated icky. The worst part was construction over our heads like tile hammers at 530am our time. Spend $20 more and stay somewhere else.

Lobby was clean and front desk staff were professional and very kind. However, the room was dingy, towels were dingy. Clearing can only do so much for areas that need a whole makeover. I’m pretty sure there was mold on bathroom wall, and microwave was atrocious (never cleaned) Bathtub had streaks of dirt. Sofa bed was nasty with ripping across arms. My son slept in a chair instead. Very disappointed. I took pics of everything!

This hotel is definitely dated and not clean at all. The elevator looked as if it had NEVER been cleaned. The room we stayed in (just one night) had a kitchenette and had what appeared to be food on the wall. The bathroom had marks all over the walls as well. The hotel's saving grace was the young man working the front desk. He was prompt, friendly, and accomodating. Check in was fast, though the 100 dollar deposit required at check-in was not advertised.

The maid banged on our door two hours before checkout and opened the door before I could get to it. I notified the front desk who apologized and said he’d take care of it. She did the same thing an hour and a half later and woke my two kids up, again barging in. Dirty hotel. Hall smelled like urine. Pull out was dirty.

The front desk help was nice, but we had to switch rooms because toilet wasn't flushing and we had no air. After we switched, we realized all the toilets just flush weak and you had to give it time in between flushes, which was inconvenient. Also there were roaches in the bathroom. Not palmetto bugs but the small German roaches. Not a fan.

We stood at the desk and called the property phone for 25 minutes before the clerk woke up from his nap. Then he argued and said we hadn't been waiting that long. The room was old and needed renovation. We showered, laid clean towelsv on the bed, and slept in our clothes. No thank you to this hotel ever again! And Frankie, the desk clerk needs customer service lessons.
