Pros: the host was very responsive whenever we had an issue they worked to figure it out and come up with a solution quickly. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bathroom has a large two sink counter , more than enough room for cosmetics and toiletries . The security and the building is great, no worry about strangers in the building. There are several restaurants near the apartment and the area is very Central to a lot of attractions. Cons: we had some trouble upon arrival, figuring out which way to go. The directions were from the parking garage but we did not rent a car so it was a little confusing and we had trouble getting into some of the areas, the app would not work and we couldn't ask anyone in the building for help. There were no dressers or drawers to put our clothes in, no towel racks in the bathroom to hang our bath towels only a hand towel rack over the toilet. we shared our concerns with management and they were very receptive and appreciative of our honest feedback.
