Relax next to the pool, watch the sunset down by the firepit or catch a fish on the dock with this beautiful, like new, 3 br/ 2 ba smart home in Apollo Beach. Centrally located with everything you need nearby. Apollo Beach is between Bradenton and Tampa. We are within walking distance to the Apollo Beach Preserve where you can walk the nature trails, sun on the beach or climb the viewing tower, if you're up for it. Grill in our outdoor kitchen complete w/ propane and a TV right by the pool.  
The space  
Make yourself at home on one of the comfy couches. Cool off in the pool or relax in the hot tub. We have many options to make your stay as relaxing as possible for you.  
Guest access  
You will have complete access to the property, excluding use of the garage.   
Other things to note  
We have a guidebook on the property to help simplify your stay. The book includes info for the local restaurant's, some numbers for local fishing charters as well as information on how to use stuff around the property.
