Having 2.5 bathrooms was very nice for a family of 5\. The "patio" was a small (5ft wide or so) fenced outdoor strip, leading to a backyard that belongs to another property and is off limits behind a locked gate. It's not very usable, or kept well (grass is overgrown, furniture is minimal). The kitchen supplies were very lacking (there was not a single oven-proof dish to cook a pizza, or a colander to strain pasta, or kitchen towels, etc.) The bedsheets were a little stained and smelled extremely strongly of bleach, so we had to rewash as soon as we arrived. The neighborhood seems very poor (chainlink fences, big guard dogs, mattresses and old furniture on people's lawns, trash on the grass). Some of the things didn't work well, I told the contact person already. We felt safe while staying there but wouldn’t go walking around at night. The house has updated finished as shown in the pictures but there are still areas for improvement and the walls need to be cleaned. The kitchen has basic necessities as well as bathrooms. No frills.
