THINGS TO NOTE FOR STAYS OVER 30 DAYS: Background Checks: Background checks are required for all guests staying 30 days or more. These screenings are conducted at the guest's expense, costing $39\. HOA rejection typically only happens with major criminal offenses. If the background check fails, the reservation will be canceled without a refund for the screening fee. Required Documentation: A lease agreement is required for all guests staying 30 days or more and must be signed prior to arrival. Car registration is required for your own parking pass (not a guest parking pass) and costs $25\. This will allow guests to have their own parking passes.
