Housed within the popular Landings of Tampa community, your vacation begins the moment you arrive, indulging in the many desirable onsite amenities. Beat the heat with a dip in the sparkling inground pool, allowing the warm air and abundant sunshine to dry you off poolside while you lose yourself in the pages of a good book. Ramp up the adrenaline on the tennis or beach volleyball courts or work up a rewarding sweat in the fitness center. Away from the home, begin your greater Tampa exploration in historic Ybor City as you wander through its cobblestone streets adorned with colorful buildings and immerse yourself in the rich Latin heritage. THINGS TO NOTE FOR STAYS OVER 30 DAYS: Background Checks: Background checks are required for all guests staying 30 days or more. These screenings are conducted at the guest's expense, costing $39\. HOA rejection typically only happens with major criminal offenses. If the background check fails, the reservation will be canceled without a refund for the screening fee. Required Documentation: A lease agreement is required for all guests staying 30 days or more and must be signed prior to arrival.
