This renovated Prohibition Era Bungalow blends historic charm with modern amenities. The property features a private backyard in a residential neighborhood. It is located within a short distance of the Riverwalk, Armature Works, Downtown, the airport, Raymond James Stadium, and The University of Tampa. The house combines architectural elements from its original construction with updated modern amenities.  
  
The Space:  
On arrival as you drive up to our newly landscaped bungalow, you'll know you’ve arrived by the historic charm, being welcomed with warm hospitality and a fun atmosphere. Step inside using your custom keypad code and be greeted by an interior meticulously designed with your comfort in mind. The allure of history intertwines seamlessly with the comforts of modern luxury. The spacious living and dining area accommodates six at the kitchen table and two at the countertop. Designed with an open concept, you can enjoy relaxing without missing entertainment. Unwind on the covered front porch swing and chairs or in the backyard oasis. For those moments when you would like to disconnect, experience the sunroom library. Enjoy all the comforts of home such as a full working and stocked kitchen, dining area, coffee maker, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer.

The living room offers a generous 60-inch roku TV, perfect for streaming all of your favorite shows. Fast wifi @ 1000 mbps will keep you connected during your stay . Live like a local as you unwind on the covered front porch and swing, a perfect spot to savor your morning coffee and bask in the gentle sunlight. Feel the stress melt away as you step outside to the back paver yard and covered sunshade and café lights, where you can sip wine, read a captivating book, or engage in delightful conversations with your travel companions while the sun gracefully sets .

• Bedroom 2: Enjoy our dual bunkbed queen size 12-inch medium firm Casper mattress’ with cooling gel memory foam. Enjoy updated bathroom with shower/tub combo. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied. Luggage racks and hangers are provided.  
• Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities to host and prepare full meals.

Great for remote work with Fast Wifi 1000mbps. Full size washer and dryer available for use! Some laundry soap provided during your stay. Pack-n-play available in master bedroom closet. We have enough beds to comfortably sleep 6 guests. However, there is a one person pull out couch with extra linens and pillows are provided and stored in the couch chase. Therefore the house can sleep up to 7 guests. This property does have three steps to climb in the front and rear entrance. There is not wheelchair ramp and requires the ability to use steps to access.
