OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Quiet Hours Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in the cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund. STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. No Smoking Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions. Parking We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. Restock We offer a complimentary starter kit for your convenience, which includes basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent pods, dish detergent pods, and soap/shampoo/conditioner. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned fobs & wristbands: $200 each for key fob & $50 each for pool wristband replacements No mail can be delivered to the property, we do not have access to the mailbox due to security concerns. Jan 8, 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication Disliked: Location We booked this apartment for multiple weeks for the Xmas and new year season. The first issue we had was with the sink in the single bathroom. The stopper was stuck in place which meant we couldnโ€™t drain water. There is a sink in the kitchen so not the worst thing in the world. But we couldnโ€™t get maintenance to come by to fix it for a few days and when someone did show up he said heโ€™d fix it after we checked out. Not a great solution. The next problem is how you can hear everything the neighbors are doing. Our upstairs neighbors were stomping on the floors during all hours including the middle of the night. Not the ownerโ€™s fault obviously but the location is a negative. The kicker was that on Xmas eve we started hearing dripping water in the bathroom. What we thought was just the faucet ended up being a big leak in the ceiling above the shower. Obviously the neighbors were the cause. Within one hour of the leak, a 2nd leak popped up also above the shower. When I spoke to the management company they told me they could guarantee that maintenance could come by to fix in a timely manner. Instead of waiting potential days for the damage to get worse my family and I had to leave and try to cancel the rest of reservation. 2 weeks later we still have not heard from the property owner and havenโ€™t been given any sort of refund for the stay.
