The form will ask the reservation holder upload a photo of their ID. This is a requirement for the leasing office on site. \*During check in, please note that guests first have to park in guest parking, go up to the apartment, and retrieve the parking pass in order to park in the secured garage. After that, entering and exiting will be a breeze. \*Additional guest, parking is first come first served along the street just outside the building. There is no assigned parking space for this unit but there are more than enough parking spaces. We highly recommend you use a ride share service like Lyft or Uber in Tampa. \* Checkout is at 11AM. Your smart lock pin will no longer unlock the door at that time. Late check outs will be charged $50 per hour till 1PM unless otherwise approved.
