Begin your stay with a swing on the front porch bench, setting the tone for laid-back Florida living. Inside, the living room invites you to unwind with a smart TV, cozy couch, chairs, and a built-in window bench seat that’s perfect for curling up with a book. The kitchen is a coffee lover’s dream, featuring a Nespresso with pods, a DeLonghi espresso machine, and a drip coffee maker. Bright white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and block countertops create an airy, modern feel, while a breakfast nook with seating for four offers a cheerful spot to start your day. Gather for larger meals at the dining table for seven with a charming bench seat, or enjoy family-style dining at the spacious patio table for eight. As you step outside, the backyard becomes your private oasis. A hot tub invites evening relaxation, while the patio offers comfortable lounge seating and a covered outdoor bar complete with a grill—perfect for entertaining.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.  
  
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.  
  
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.  
  
This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
• Washer and dryer in the hallway.  
• Driveway parking for 1 vehicle available, additional street parking available.  
• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras;  
o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entrance and front yard,  
o (2) located at the back door and actively monitoring the back entrance and back yard,  
o (3) located at and actively monitoring the left side of the home,  
o (4) located at and actively monitoring the right side of the home.  
• This home is pet friendly. We love hosting furry friends, but to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines:  
o Pre-Approval required, 2 pets maximum: All pets must be approved before booking. Please tell us your pet’s breed, size, and age.  
o Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $100/pet applies per stay that is not included in your final booking cost. This covers extra cleaning. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.  
o Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in the property unless safely crated.  
o Furniture & Bedding: no pets on beds, couches, or other furniture (even if they promise to be careful).If your pet sneaks up, please bring/use your blankets or covers.  
o House Training: Only fully house-trained pets are allowed. Accidents must be cleaned immediately.  
o Noise: Please keep barking or whining to a minimum so neighbors aren’t disturbed.  
o Yard & Outdoor Areas: Clean up after your pet promptly and dispose of waste in sealed bags in the outdoor bin. Failure to do so will result in extra fees.  
o Damage: You’re responsible for any pet-related damage, including scratches, stains, or chewed items.  
o Allergies: Out of consideration for future guests, please ensure the space is free of excessive fur or odors before checkout.  
o Local Rules: All pets must be leashed when outside and follow local leash laws.
