The house is walking distance to many bars and restaurants in one of Tampa's most exciting neighborhoods. Located only a short drive to USF, Ybor City, Downtown, and SoHo. It is situated on a quiet street and has a deck with a fenced in back yard and BBQ grill. Out front there is a porch with a small front lawn as well. Like the washer and dryer on site as well, very helpful. There was a slight miss with a lack of household supplies but Chandler lives next door and brought them over very swiftly. Also, the backyard wasn’t mowed and had a gate leading to the alley that was broken and wouldn’t close. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend! I brought my son and 3 nieces (ages 14-17) for a concert at the arena and the Busch gardens the next day. The house was 10 minutes to both places which was very convenient. It fit the 5 of us easily. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Check in was very easy and Chandler even checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. The weather was really nasty when we're leaving and he let us stay until it cleared up which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here if we visit Tampa again. ##### jeffrey g.
