Ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain fut parfait pour nous quatre. Très agréable aussi de prendre l'apéro sur le balcon protégé d'un moustiquaire. La laveuse et sécheuse dans un rangement sur le balcon sont un gros plus. L'espace est tranquille, tant au condo lui-même qu'aux piscines et terrains de tennis. Le quartier est très calme pour y faire ses marches quotidiennes. La proximité des autoroute 75, 275, 4 et la Selmon ExpressWay permet de joindre les plages, sites touristiques et les terrains de golf avec facilité. My in-laws have lived in the adjacent neighborhood for 40 years and can confirm this is a nice quiet area. It is very easy to get anywhere in the Tampa area with I75/I275/I4 all within a few minutes drive. My preteen girls loved the pool and the nightly walks in the surrounding neighborhood. King bed was very comfortable and the shower and bathrooms were updated and very clean. A nice large TV in the living room was great for watching the NCAA basketball tournament each night we were there. Only issue I had was the master bedroom tv was quite slow at processing remote commands. You needed patience waiting on it. Alexandra, the host, was fabulous in working with me as she was very responsive to an issue I had with the door code upon arrival. She also went above and beyond to return a forgotten item to our in laws so that they could ship it back to us. A great host! We will look to stay here again on future visits without hesitation. We had a great time at Alexandra's property, which locates in just about 30 minutes from Tampa, it was really convenient for us. Quite and safe neighborhood with restaurants and supermarket nearby. The property is cozy and clean, it had everything we needed. Kids liked the swimming pools, board games, their room was comfortable as well as ours. We were very satisfied with Alexandra's professionalism, she replied to our messages immediately. ##### Olga M. This was our first VRBO experience and we're hopeful that future experiences are comparable. The host is communicative, the property is as advertised and now we are left wondering why we hadn't looked into VRBO sooner. We have a travel ball player and spend way too much time in hotels. It was so nice to spend the morning drinking coffee on the screened in porch or relax at the well-kept pool or just veg out in living room to watch a movie at night. The condo community is nice and the area is great, boasting plenty of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. I could see parking being an issue if you have more than 1 car. ##### Jennifer L.
