I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Tampa! Very centrally located but they also have tons of entertainment options if you’re staying in. Whatever question I had, they enthusiastically responded in a timely manner and with an abundance of explanation. Probably the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of cooperating with. If I could give 6 starts I would!!

This apt was perfect for our stay in Tampa. We were celebrating our sons 21st and had some of his friends staying with us so the extra beds in each room was perfect. Emperor Rentals were amazing from check in to check out. They even allowed us to check in early! The pool/ping pong table and dart board were great add ons as was the PlayStation! Kept us all occupied when we were inside. Quick Uber ride to Ybor and Channelside Dr. where there were some great restaurants.

Definitely recommend staying here if you have a group a lot of space in the kitchen and Is in a great area what’s els could you need they have a ping pong and pool

Mark is a great host, the house was so accommodating to everyone's needs and Mark was really easy to reach, also helping us out with anything that came up. Definitely staying again when going to Tampa!!
