It has its own private entrance through an outdoor courtyard and is completely private and separated from the rest of the townhome. The driveway is a shared amenity and you will have the ability to park one vehicle during your stay. This property is located minutes away from the best that Tampa has to offer. Just a few steps outside your door is the Soho bar district where you can grab some delicious foods or a drink with friends! You also have 1 spot in the drive way for your car! We are local and willing to assist you with anything you might need.
