The Neighborhood: The backyard is split into a left and right side. The left side is the backyard of the home. The landscape is finished with outdoor chairs and area for the dogs to roam. Baggies to pick up after your pets are also available at the house :) Thank you for picking up after your pets. The right side of the backyard is an RV which is also an Airbnb. They have their own entrance and would not ever been on your side of the property. Getting Around: Centrally located near Downtown Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, and Tampa International Airport, this home offers easy access to beaches, dining, shopping, and attractions—free parking on-site and rideshares readily available. A car is recommended for exploring the area, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Free parking is available on-site for your convenience. Other Things to Note: 🚮Tuesdays and Fridays they load at 7 AM, guests need to bring it to the road for pickup. 🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed. \*\*\* Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, or other issues on neighboring properties or units.
