Sleeping up to 6 guests, this home features one queen-sized bed, a full/double bed as well as a queen-sized pull-out couch in the main living area. Stay in and enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony, or head out to explore Hyde Park, the vibrant SoHo district, or the world-famous Bern's Steakhouse! The Space: This second-floor suite is rich in historic character and has been recently updated to elevate your experience! The bright apartment has an open floor plan featuring a full-sized kitchen, laundry machines, and a private balcony. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this flat is perfect to spread out and make yourself at home! The accommodations include one bathroom, a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom, a full/double bed in the back sunroom, and a queen-sized pull-out couch in the living area. Please note the full bedroom is accessed by walking through the queen bedroom. The bathroom features an above-ground garden tub and complimentary toiletries for you to use throughout your stay! No details were spared in creating the perfect haven in this home! The tastefully upgraded kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, and a fully stocked Keurig coffee machine for your convenience. Gather around and enjoy a meal at the custom-built butcher-block dining nook! There is also a washer and dryer complete with a starter supply of laundry supplies for your use throughout your stay. Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps! Downstairs in the rear of the building is a lush garden with a shared common area featuring an outdoor grill, outdoor fire pit, and dining table! Nestled in the heart of Tampa and within walking distance of Bayshore Boulevard, this area is perfect for your next getaway. Bayshore Boulevard has 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Historic Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 15-minute walk away with dining, shopping, and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10-minute drive away or less! Some of our teams' favorite nearby hotspots include Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Hyde Park Village, SoHo District, Ybor City & Downtown Tampa! Getting Around: SoHo is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking, and pay-by-app parking. Other Things to Note: \- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine. \- Trash Info: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the parking area \- PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. We appreciated the well-stocked coffee station so we could enjoy a slow morning on the porch. The location was great for walks along Bay Shore and visiting Hyde Park. The designated parking spot behind was tight for my giant SUV but it did fit and was nice for overnight parking. We parked on the street when we were making quick stops in and out (could have also parked there overnight if desired).
