This is our second time staying here. They gave us a free upgrade to a royal suite and it’s amazing! I feel very safe here and the rooms are elegant and comfortable! We love the spa, pool and cafes. It’s nice that they have scooters to rent so my hubby can get around well. We’ll be back!

Originally, I had a standard one bedroom room booked for a bachelor party and when I went to go check in, they surprised me with upgrading my room to a suite. That was a nice surprise.

i liked all the dining options. It was one of the largest casinos I have ever been in. It was very difficult to find my way around. The staff was very helpful with directions.

We paid $700 a night for a room that was NEVER serviced during our 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk and ask for replacement towels, coffee, water etc. I was told that rooms do not get serviced unless you call and ask. So much for the “make up room” button by the door. I’ve had better treatment at the Hampton Inn.

The hotel is very nice and the room was confortable. Issues we had were that we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Front desk never told us we had to request. Which when we did they accommodated. The other issue was the stench of smoke everywhere. I understand it’s in a casino but in this day and age smoking should be limited. They make the non smokers use a tiny dedicated casino. Should be the other way around. The Atlantic City Hard rock is better. Restaurants were good as well.

The stench of smoke is unbearable. They should have a better ventilation system. The maid service didn’t even show up for the first day and the second day I had to remind them three times to get my room cleaned.

It was cold and rainy during my weekend getaway, so I enjoyed being able to stay on property and have everything accessible such as different restaurants and shopping. However, there wasn't a great selection of retail stores. The greatest disappointments were: 1) the lack of a business center or even a printer to print my boarding passes. Really?! For almost $600 per night, they could have stuck a small desktop on a floating shelf in the hallway. 2) It was not a non-smoking facility. While there was a non-smoker option, there were fewer people there and presumably the slots were not "hot". We endured the smoking for two days but not without consequences.
