There were holes in the wall, plenty of bugs and roaches, a rusty bathtub and the place reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The property had cockroachs everywhere and had to buy spray to fumigate the room in order to have a good night's rest. Ants are also an issue. Facility was nothing like the pictures on Expedia. False advertisement. Staff was friendly.

This place is such a disgusting place that I have ever been. The room is so dirty like a public bathroom that you find in subway stations. I regretted as soon as I entered in that room. The picture online look nice but a whole other thing in person.

Floors were dirty, had to wash my feet before I got into bed. Shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. Bed was uncomfortable, woke up with a sore back. Pillows were nasty, worn out. Took 100 tries or so just to get the room key to work. Put the card in the key slot multiple times, sometimes the red light would come on, sometimes the green light would come on, sometimes no light would come on and you just could not get the door to open.

The property is going through renovation and I was able to get one of the new rooms. Rooms are beautiful. Very clean. The cons are no microwave, no coffee machine and no fridge. Maybe they will be added later. They did have coffee available in the office. Coffee was very good!

This is probably the dirtiest, nastiest hotel I've ever encountered. The room was absolutely infested with german roaches and fleas. Literally walked into the room, immediately turned around checked out and went somewhere else. Lots of suspect people hanging around the outside as well.

This Red Roof Inn is nasty and should be condemned!!! The Non-Smoking room is filthy and smelled like weed as soon as we opened the door. The furniture is dirty, ripped, and outdated. The lock on the door looks like someone forced their way in and was never repaired. The AC unit was nasty. We didn't even bother looking in the bathroom or touch the beds. We feared for our safety and checked out as soon as we found lodging at another property for twice the price.....but at least I know could sleep without any concerns for our safety

The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was quiet dirty with food dried on the bed cover. The walls looked like something was poured down them. The furtature was in need of repair. The tub was covered in someone elses dirt and hair. Room over all was just not somewhere most people would stay. I worried what i was going to be bit by or crawl upon me if i fell asleep.

I made the reservation through the app and when I arrived at the hotel I asked to see the room before checking in because there were already other guests at the hotel reception complaining about dirt and mold. The employee took me to the room that had been reserved and I could see that it was really impossible to sleep there! There was an unbearable mold smell, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom! I didn't check in and informed the reception staff that I wanted my money back. He was rude and asked me to contact Expedia because they were the ones who charged. I've been trying to contact the app so they can refund my money but to no avail so far...

I would not stay there for free. I paid for two nights but ended up sleeping in my car the first night and staying at another place despite not being able to get a refund. As soon as you walk into the room, the smell is unbearable. The bathroom has mold and roaches roam freely. Sheets are stained. Overall disgusting. The health department needs to shut this place down in Tampa.

For the most part and the worst part they have roaches man and they are relentless and if you say some to somebody about them it’s like they get offended as if the didn’t know they where there and I have yet to receive my hundred dollars back to my card with my room being cleaned and well kept under the circumstances!! I don’t even have a shower curtain it took to damn days to get one

Burn holes in the non smoking room blanket, paint wrinkled and crumbling from apparent water damage all over the ceiling,Toilet seat had obvious dog chew/bite marks. TV remote electrical taped together. Room had a musty smell. For $100 a night could’ve been better….
