The street names throughout Palma Ceia are of Cuban origin, coming from streets in the old section of Havana. The neighborhood is beautiful with varied architecture and lush landscape. This home is the 1st floor of a renovated 1940s house. The kitchen is equipped, the beds are comfortable and the shower has excellent water pressure and hot water. The neighborhood is quiet with respectful neighbors. We appreciated the off-street parking spot right in front of the house that was plenty for a full sized pick up truck. We will stay here again when visiting Tampa. This is an adorable unit in a lovely Tampa neighborhood-- unit was as advertised, very clean and the owner was very responsive. We came to town for a dinner at Bern's steakhouse and this unit was just half a mile way (less than 5 minute Uber ride). Perfect stay and amazing meal at Bern's! ##### Mary G. We walk 3-4 times a day and this was the perfect location to walk through neighborhoods and over to Bayshore. Also we worked remotely so needed a desk which this had. Though this unit is two bedrooms it’s pretty small if you have 4 people here full time. We had a small issue, but the owners were quick to respond and had it fixed. I cooked most of our meals here, so of note there is no dishwasher. Not a big deal, but I didn’t pay attention when booking. Also since I was in the kitchen a lot, there is not good lighting over the kitchen sink area. Turning on the stove light helped. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Tampa. ##### Jennifer F. The area was adorable and walkable to restaurants and ice cream. It was well set up and supplied. It is small. With two teenagers I was glad we were only there for a short period of time. The location was fantastic, walkable to tons of restaurants and beautiful scenery for walking the dog. The house was clean and exactly what the pictures show. This place has a cute fenced in backyard as well. It was easy to check in and out too. There is easy access to the crosstown to head to St. Pete or out to Brandon.
