Very near I-275 Highway to explore and enjoy the many amenities around at your leisure, close to Bush Gardens, Adventure Island, USF, Moffit, Lowry Park Zoo, Raymond James Stadium, Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, beaches, museums, restaurants, and shopping. Everything you need for a wonderful gateway. You’ll have your own parking spot in front of the apartment, and a private wood fenced entrance to the enclosed patio where you can relax watching the birds and squirrels in the oak trees while you grill your favorite entrée. The apartment is on the north side of the house, and it has its own driveway and stone parking pad, which is separate from the main house driveway.
