Not one, not two, but 5 people came to fix things. It was record breaking cold and nobody could figure out the fancy thermostat and nobody had the code to change the setting. Our first 2 days there it was in the 30's at night and we had no heat. It took 2 different heating companies to figure out how to change the temperature. Then, because the owners have the thermostat locked - we had to choose one temperature. Right before we checked out they had said they gave us a range we could change it to but that never worked as it needed a code. So much time wasted on my vacation dealing with their stuff.I had sent a few maintenance issues to iTrip to let them be aware of them and I stated in an email and the phone we DID NOT want them repaired - it was only to let them know so we did not get charged or blamed. Well what do you know, about 8pm 2 people come banging on the door barging in the condo to fix the shower, replace the shower curtain and clean the dirty bedroom door. The woman who cleaned the door went into the bedroom my daughter was sleeping in and nearly gave her a heart attack. The guy fixing the shower left about a years supply of hair he pulled out of the drain in our bathroom garbage and I had to clean up after him. ##### Jenny C.
