This 3-story townhome offers 2 Queen BRs on the ground floor and a King BR on the 2nd floor Master Suite. Head upstairs and enjoy the privacy of your rooftop sun deck, which provides plenty of seating and unobstructed city skyline views. Located on a quiet street, the home sits just 3 blocks from 7th Ave and a trolley ride away from Sparkman Wharf. The Space: With modern and chic decor throughout the interior, come experience a truly magnificent vacation rental with all the comforts of home - and then some! The spacious living area offers a huge flat-screen Smart TV with Sonos surround sound that you can control from your phone. Just off the living room, you can utilize the fabulous kitchen - truly a chef's dream. The kitchen comes equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee station, an ice-maker, gas stove, a wall-mounted pot filler faucet, and everything else from champagne glasses to pizza cutters! The Queen bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of the home and share a full bathroom, directly next to the laundry room. Head up to the 2nd floor and you will find a lavish Master Bedroom with a plush King bed, large flat screen TV, bedside lighting, full-length mirror, tons of closet space, and en suite bathroom. On the top floor lies the stylish lounge area with a flat-screen Smart TV, a wet bar, and a mini fridge - the perfect place to enjoy at-home entertainment with friends or to catch up on some much-needed R & R. The floor may not have been thoroughly mopped before we arrived but we other than that, perfect!For those trying to plan a stay here be sure to bring trash bags, salt, pepper, oil, seasonings and any other condiments you may want. There was bags of ice in the freezer which was nice!A couple of the kitchen outlets did not work and we could not figure out how to reset the breaker for them but we found other outlets to use.Parking is a little difficult but we’re grateful for the spots we did have.Beds and bedding as well as toiletries were great!We would definitely stay there again! ##### Diane B. It was modern. It had everything we needed and it was just a beautiful home. We did have issues, serious issues. One of the toilets did not work properly, but was fixed the next day. The front door would not lock all of the days we were there leaving us exposed. And staying in Tampa during the coldest weather in decades we had no hot water for the entire stay and had to take either a cold shower or no shower. ##### jim D.
