The fenced, landscaped backyard offers added privacy and features a hot tub, grill with propane provided, plus propane for the grill is provided for guest use.

Centrally located in South Tampa just minutes from waterfront restaurants, and only 10 minutes to Downtown Tampa. Beaches are a scenic 30–40 minute drive. We’re responsive, attentive, and here to make your stay 5-star. This home sits in a quiet, convenient South Tampa neighborhood. Includes carport/driveway parking.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (8 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.
Cancellation Policy
• Short-term reservations (less than 28 days):
Guests receive a 97% refund if canceled 30 days or more before arrival, and a 50% refund if canceled 14–29 days before arrival.
A 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee applies to all cancellations.
• Long-term reservations (28 days or more):
A full (97%) refund is available if the reservation is canceled 60 days or more before arrival.
Cancellations made 30–59 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
A 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee applies to all cancellations.


Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
