Our well appointed townhome faces west and is beautifully furnished. It features new table & dining chairs, new sofa & love seat, 4 terraces, 2 overlooking the harbor (where manatees and dolphins have been spotted swimming), 4 TVs, cable, internet, washer/dryer, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Tile and hardwood floors throughout. The main bedroom has a king poster bed and en-suite bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and is located next to the main bath. Plus we have a queen air mattress available and a pack n play. The townhome is in the Resort & Club at Little Harbor which is right on Tampa Bay between Tampa and Sarasota but away from the crowds. The beach is just yards from our home. On the beachfront you can enjoy full service dining all day, the tiki bar with live entertainment, and the beautiful sunsets over Tampa Bay. There are two restaurants, plus the community offers a private beach, heated pool, outdoor fire pit, hot tub, basketball, pickle ball, tennis, playground, boating, and 2 marinas with slips. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with gorgeous views of the tampa bay. Every room had it's own balcony which was a major plus for our group. The complex was super nice & welcoming. We did rent a golf cart and would recommend as the unit is a trek to the pools, gym, restaurants & bay area. Vacationers should know, Bahia "beach" is a bay that feels like a lake with a manmade beach that has warning signs against swimming due to contamination/ potential illness. The "beach" is also NOT pet friendly. Don't get me wrong, the view is beautiful, but if you are looking for a BEACH vacation, this isn't it.We drove to Fort De Soto, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach, & Ana Maria island for our beach fix. Nearly one hour each way with Florida tolls.We will not be returning, because we are beach bums, but if you are looking for a stay in the Tampa Bay and not your typical beach vaca, this is a great spot. ##### Nicholas F. Our family vacation at this incredible townhouse, was nothing short of perfection! The spacious layout was perfect for our family, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The fully-equipped kitchen was a dream, allowing us to prepare meals together with ease.The location was another highlight. Nestled in a peaceful spot, the townhouse was just minutes from the beach. Jul 23, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice quiet property We stayed here in July and it happened to be a heat wave with extreme heat warnings everyday. This may change our review based on the heat . This condo was very easy to find and access. It was not as close to the beach as we thought it would be and the beach was in the bay not the gulf. You had to pay 4 an hour to park there but you could walk there in around 6 minutes if it wasn't so hot. The pool was just as far away and the grill was located by the pool so a drive or walk away from the condo. The Condo was very nice with a few little nuance things like the lights connected to the ceiling fans in the master and living room didn't work. The master bedroom was very warm no matter how far down we turned the AC. The other upstairs bedroom however was fridged. The living space was great for 5 adults. We did watch manatees surface on and off in the canal outside the balcony but the canal was very dark water and you could only see the nose. It's is an hour drive to any gulf side beach so not really convent if you want to go out to the gulf. Because of the heat the beach in the resort is closed at times due to harmful bacteria. The tiki bar was closed. We did really enjoy the pool however. Julie was extremely responsive and able to answer all our questions. We had a nice time. May chose somewhere closer to gulf side beaches next time. ##### Jody T. This beautiful townhome felt like home, we didn't want to leave. The attention to detail and cleaning was so appreciated. The furniture has been updated and is nicer than in the pictures (now leather style sofas). We had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped which made it easy for us to make meals there. The location was easy to access everywhere we wanted to go. The manatee viewing in Apollo Beach was close and fun, but we probably got better views from the balconies in the mornings. We saw dolphins and manatees from the balconies. The hosts were responsive and helpful - we were a bit all over the place as we are exploring the area to move. We extended our stay, the hosts were very accommodating. Unfortunately, the beach was closed after the last storm and had not recovered by the time we visited. We enjoyed the restaurant with the beach view. My husband enjoyed the gym, the babies and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi overlooking the water. The bar nextdoor to the pool also had good food. The balconies facing the water were so relaxing and we saw manatees every day! The bedrooms were all big and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked for use. Check in and entry was so easy. Julie gave some great suggestions. The beaches are about a 30 minute drive but it was not bad at all. We only tried one restaurant on site and it was good. We did have an issue with the A/C in the main bedroom which made sleeping a little uncomfortable but I contacted the host and she was trying to work on it. I would’ve given it 5 overall stars if we were at least offered a couple nights or even one night refund. It was hot! Overall, if you want to be in the middle of action this is not the place for you. Watching the manatees off the deck was my favorite, but the private beach, pool/hot tub (also where you watch the dolphins!), appetizers from Hooks (in the complex at the pool), and watching the sunset while eating at Sunset Grill (in the complex at the beach) were close seconds. The kids also enjoyed the game room and basketball court. Everything I mentioned is in the complex and an easy walk if you don't want to drive. The location is also about an hour from other great places to check out. For those of you with kids, it's good to know that there is a first-floor bedroom next to a common bathroom, thenthe next floor has another bedroom (with its own bathroom), and the master (also its own bathroom). Each room has its own deck (the master looks over the Manatee's grove) and spacious closet and drawer space. If you're looking for a peaceful location--look no further. You are surrounded by peace here! Side note: The owners checked in on Day 1 to ensure everything was all set. This was very much appreciated (just in case), and I was happy to say that everything met our expectations (exceeded, really!). ##### Mary-Jo W.
