To ensure a pleasant and secure stay, please review and adhere to the following house rules: Security Deposit: A security deposit of up to $500 may be charged if there is any damage to the property or if smoking occurs on the premises. Restricted Areas: Please note that Apartment B is off-limits during your stay. Cleaning Expectations: We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property tidy. While we expect used dishes to be cleaned and beds to be unmade, exceptional cleaning beyond standard wear and tear, such as stains or extreme dirtiness, may result in additional cleaning costs, which will be passed on to you.
