Here, you'll be steps from beautiful Bayshore Blvd. and the waters of Tampa Bay, while also conveniently located to The SOHO District and Hyde Park Village (both offering some of the best shopping and dining in the city). A five minute ride will have you in the heart of the city. Whether it be found along the Riverwalk, at the Tampa Convention Center, or Amalie Arena - there's always fun to be had. The Greater Tampa Bay area also features professional sports teams, exceptional golf courses, unlimited water sports, and world renowned amusement parks! The SPACE: 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths spread over three floors. The third floor features the expansive primary suite with King bed, 55” Smart TV, walk-in closet, and spa-like bath.
