We enjoyed our rental house with pool. Quiet nights and sun by day. Traveled to Tamp several days and experienced Ybor city. This place was great. Reminds us of Key West, Duvall street. Also visited the aquarium and the boardwalk which were awesome. Traveled to Sarasota and had lunch at marina. Great relaxing time. Thanks to Josh for assisting us. The heated pool was awesome and enjoyable. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. a couple of problems occurred with the pool but they were handled promptly and professionally. We were in contact with the hosts and they were very nice people who seemed seem very sincere and dedicated to making your stay with them as great as possible. We chose this place mainly because we wanted a low key vacation in this area. We have a friend who lives about 20 min from here. We wanted a place with a pool and easy access to fishing. This property gave exactly that! The pool was heated and my son loved fishing off the dock and catching crabs. We were able to cook a couple crabs and fish. Everything we needed was included. We loved that a washer and dryer was available also. It was nice to not go home with a bunch of dirty clothes! The hostess was quick to respond to a couple questions we had. Our family of five, counting Baxter, our corgi pup had plenty of room and comfort. The entire complex is extremely accommodating. The dockside fishing on the canal was great for leisurely casting a couple of lines, watching dolphins and fish jumping. We also caught blue crab and catfish. The pool was warm and inviting and the lanai was very helpful with the FL bugs. Plenty of patio furniture for meals or simply relaxing. The TV entertainment was outstanding as well. We also loved the neighborhood park, which has tons of family and pet-friendly activities and lights at night. The house is also centrally located to all sorts of wonderful beaches, coastal communities and parks for sightseeing or gator watching. All in all, we loved our stay and cannot wait to come back. Great common spaces and spots to read or watch TV or play games. The kitchen was lovely and well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils -- really, all you need for cooking. Great dining spaces as well. I can’t say enough for how accommodating the owners were. The home itself is lovely, comfortable and quiet. The hosts Pam and Rich go way beyond expectations to help and ensure you have a great stay. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you may need. The outside area makes this house, it's so comfortable, peaceful and private with a large pool. We saw dolphins at the dock which was a highlight. The area is really nice and quiet, with a great park at the end of the street. The neighbours are friendly. We would love to return for our next holiday. ##### Dean G.
