This private second floor Studio/Condo with designer touches throughout and a private balcony is just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and steps from the pool. With a Microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. 2 luxurious Queen beds in beautiful island decor. Everything you could ask for in the perfect beach vacation rental! Community heated pool and hot tub, basketball court, kids playground! Patio for 2 with lush tropical landscape! Restaurants just steps away and even a tiki bar and live entertainment every night! JUST Get away and RELAX! Wonderful Studio rental with two Queen beds, also has microwave, mini fridge and filter coffee maker, just 2-3 minutes walk to Bahia beach and easy walking distance to two fantastic restaurants and bars. Relax under the palm trees, walk on the boardwalk, fish on the pier or take a charter fishing boat! This gated location has all the amenities and close to everything! Non smoking or vaping studio with a combination door lock, you are able to access all of the resort amenities with a magnetic key fob we provide for the pools and lobby/gym. The pool and hot tub require the magnetic pool fob to open and have childproof locks on the gates, just reach over the top of the gate and pull up on the knob to unlock the gate, basketball court open to all, tennis and pickle ball courts (please bring your own equipment for these), there are also cornhole and shuffle board courts (the equipment for these can be signed out on the honor system in the lobby, cameras do record the lobby) the lobby also has a workout area available to owners and guests, plus feel free to walk the boardwalk, pier, restaurants, beach all steps away from the condo. You can also fish off the seawall or pier for free PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SECOND FLOOR UNIT WITH NO ELEVATOR so if your mobility is compromised I would recommend renting one of my ground floor units, contact me for availability I am able to answer questions when needed otherwise I give guests space Caribbean-inspired elegance at Little Harbor, the beachfront location on Tampa Bay a short drive from the best local attractions. Please note Bahia Beach at Little Harbor is on the South shore of Tampa Bay, this is NOT the open Gulf. If you are looking for bigger beaches St Pete Beach or Sarasota Beach are about 50 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are available but sometimes long waits, I would recommend renting a car if you don't have your own. My cleaners friend may also be available to give you rides if necessary, please contact me for her number but pay her directly.
