The Space: This 1st floor one-bed one-bath unit features a full kitchen, one queen bed in the bedroom, one queen pull-out sofa in the living room and one full bathroom allowing up to 4 guests to stay comfortably. The Queen bed is adjustable and can be controlled by the remote next to the bed! This newly updated space contains a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, Brita water filter, Keurig, and a starter supply of coffee essentials and toiletries. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and a smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps! Enjoy your late-night libation by the shared fire-pit or grill out with your friends at the end of a day exploring. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the supplies you might need to cook up your favorite meal! You also have access to the propane grill. We supply the propane! There is a shared washer and dryer attached to the unit. Please note the laundry area is shared with others. Enjoy one designated, off-street parking space right next to your front door. There is free street parking as well if you have an extra vehicle. The Neighborhood: Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. Beautiful Bayshore Blvd is just a few blocks from your doorstep, known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States! Bayshore Blvd is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village - just a short walk away - is a bustling hot spot for delicious dining, unique coffee shops, desirable boutiques, and vibrant bars! A variety of family-friendly parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less! Getting Around: Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are also self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. So you already know there are issues. First your ad offers a cottage and out front space. We received a unit in the back with tenants you say be kind they are permanent yea they are busy til midnight. Yes it was a cold day and evening but more blankets would be nice since the plug in heater was not enough. Let's talk about the wine glasses in the cupboard that were dirty. I know there is no dish washer but they were not clean. I emailed about the coffee machine ahead asked for the info. You left us Carmel that's not coffee. Worst. The maids must have mopped the floor with the shag shower mat cuz it was dam wet and dripping wet.
