Rental was in a great location- walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars and grocery. So convenient! Two things to know-the adjacent unit is under renovation. Definitely construction noise during working hrs on weekdays. We were not here much then so not a big factor for us. Otherwise quiet neighborhood where we felt safe. Also be aware the unit is an up and down-general living space downstairs and 2 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs. Not sure either of these things was in listing. We enjoyed daily walks - sometimes short jaunts over to Starbucks or Hyde Park, sometimes longer walks (\~1hr) to the waterfront. The bars nearby were busy in the evening without being crazy.
